Born in 2019, Tokyo Lamington is an exciting new concept aimed to take the humble Australian lamington and turn it on its head. Traditionally, a butter cake dipped in chocolate sauce and rolled in coconut, Tokyo Lamington merges the traditional Aussie dessert with worldly flavours.
Born in Sydney, Eddie Stewart drew inspiration from his time in Japan and Singapore to create range of Tokyo Lamington flavours. His favourite? The milk tea lamingtons
